Once your order is received I will get your items packed & out the door! For most items that are easily shipped the TAT is usually less than a week. If your box is large or requires more care, that turn around time may be extended, not to exceed two weeks.

I am a small shop, please keep that in mind!

If you need your item by a certain day, please let me know as soon as possible.

Tracking for your package is sent via the email provided at checkout.

Mara Antique is an online Vintage/Antique store. We hold the same policy as your favorite local antique shop.

No REFUNDS or RETURNS.

However from time to time a refund is what makes sense to make right. I use SHOPIFY to process payments. In the case you are refunded, please check your provided email for updates on your refund processing.

Please note that it will take 7-10 BUSINESS days for the refund to process.

Unfortunately, I do not have control over this time frame and I appreciate your patience.

I have 5+ years of shipping experience & take pride in making sure your item arrives safe. In the rare case it does not, a carrier claim must be filed.
